Avoid this company!! They do not care about the customer what so ever. Purchased 7 piece set of skinn cosmetics and used it for 5 days. My eyes burned every time I removed my makeup so I decided to return it. Looking for the label to return the product I noticed a prop 65 warning: this product contains a chemical known to the state of california to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. I could not believe my eyes!!! I would have never made the purchase if they had disclosed the fact that using it may cause cancer and other horrifying health risks. I am still in disbelief. When I called the customer service line of course no one was there to speak to after hours. The following day I had a so called supervisor call me back. She left a phone number and said I could talk to any supervisor. The phone number was just an automated system and it was impossible to get a live person. I called the ordering line and of course was able to talk to someone. I had to have them transfer me to a supervisor. Apparently the only time you are important enough to talk to someone at anytime is if you are making a purchase. I explained the problem and advised that I refuse to pay to return the item and refuse to pay for the shipping for receiving the item. I was told that they disclosed what they had to by law. She said that there was just a small amount of the chemical. Like that makes a difference! They refused to refund any shipping what so ever! I even asked for the supervisor”s, supervisor and was still told, in a very uncaring tone, that there was nothing they could do. Do not buy skinn cosmetics without knowing that it contains a chemical that is known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm Avoid evine all together
