At first, everything went well. I placed an order, was immediately charged and got a confirmation. Great. The delivery was fast as well. Nothing to worry about, right? No. They sent me a wrong product. I tried to contact their customer servi?e but had no luck. They didn”t answer my email and didn”t pick up the phone. And their website became an absolute mess for me when I started to look for information about contacting them. I left several messages, I hope one day they will call me and help me with my issue.
