Ozark Satellite Review

Wow what a scam. This company is sure quick to sell you your service but as soon as it was installed, it did not work properly. They wouldn’t answer any calls regarding the crappy service for over a week and a half. It took over a week and a half to get someone out to fix the mispositioned, dented dish they put up. Oh yeah, and did they say free trial? Well if you try to cancel your trial you better be able take down the dish and all of its parts. Hopefully you are not elderly and it is not on your roof or you will have to pay the $100 fee for them to come and get it. Hopefully you don’t want WIFI also because the modem that comes with the HUGHES net set up won’t do that for you. You have to buy a $75 router that has a 2 year warranty with it. (NOT) so if you cancel, do you think you get your money back for that? NOPE, not even a phone call from this horribly run home-based satellite “provider”. Shoddy. Scam. Ridiculous.
