Dear Sir, 21.03.2017 I have purchased a RADO wrist watch Ref. No. R22533123, Serial No. [protected] on 22nd Apr 2013 from World Time, S.V. Road, Andheri, Mumbai (iNVOICE NO. 7071). My watch stopped working during March 2014 and I sent it to your service centre Mumbai (as suggested by Mumbai dealer) for repairing. After few days the dial glass came off automatically for which I sent again for repairing Mumbai service Center on 25th Oct 2016 and paid Rs 2210/- glass replacing cost (invoice no.SDM/08R3944/25-OCT-16). on 20th Feb 2017 again I found that my watch is not working and I replaced battery from Titan showroom of Bilaspur, C.G. and it worked for a week and again stopped working from 1st Mar 2017. I love this watch because this has been presented by my wife on my birthday (23rd April), but unfortunately I am disappointed by this reputed brand watch performance. Earlier I’ve used TISSOT and ROLEX watches but I never face such problem and demoralizing situation, that you are wearing RADO and watch is stopped. If you have any scheme please replace my watch or return my money. My watch is in a showroom condition without a single scratch.
